Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Client Manager to join the team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This position is primarily onsite, with a hybrid schedule considered for the right candidate.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy changes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition into our services.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
• Must be able to commute to Newport, NH, as this position requires an onsite presence.
