What You'll Do

Dashboarding & Reporting Development

• Compose, build, and maintain dashboards that monitor lead generation performance, funnel conversion, and marketing return on investment
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive, performant, and aligned with collaborator requirements
• Enable self-service analytics by building scalable datasets and user-friendly reporting layers
• Continuously optimize reporting for usability, scalability, and performance Translate defined business and analytics requirements into effective data visualizations and reporting structures

Data Modeling & Advanced Analytics Enablement

• Develop and maintain data models that support marketing analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with collaborators to identify business problems, goals, and critical metrics to develop analytical frameworks
• Support in crafting models for attribution (first-touch and multi-touch), lead generation targets, funnel conversion, and return on investment
• Ensure consistent definitions and logic across reporting layers
• Work with large datasets to enable accurate and scalable reporting
• Implement solutions for anomaly detection, trend identification, and insight generation using advanced technology

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years in a data analyst or marketing analytics role involving statistical or attribution modeling

• Strong SQL skills; comfort with Python or R for modeling work

• Understanding of GTM concepts: attribution, funnel performance, return on investment modeling, segmentation, lifecycle analytics, pipeline and forecasting

• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, data modeling/DAX experience for Power BI) and data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)Excellent communication skills; able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Experience working in cross-functional environments with marketers, analysts, and technical teams
