Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as TeleSolv’s primary point of contact for Government procurement and contracting representatives and the organizations issuing task orders.
- Direct and coordinate service leads responsible for business process analysis, change management, workforce analysis, data analysis, training, and leadership development.
- Review and negotiate task-order scopes, fee proposals, and staffing plans in coordination with Government stakeholders.
- Coordinate task-order intake and ensure that assignments are appropriately staffed and supported.
- Maintain quality control across all active task orders.
- Monitor schedules and promote consistent, timely execution of contractual responsibilities.
- Establish and maintain risk and issue tracking for concurrent assignments.
- Prepare and deliver recurring status reports to Government leadership and TeleSolv executive management.
- Support proposal-stage activities, including résumé finalization, reference coordination, and task-order transition planning.
- Promote clear communication, accountability, and coordination among stakeholders and consulting personnel.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Project Management Professional certification: Required.
- ITIL 4 certification: Preferred.
- Certified ScrumMaster certification: Preferred.
- Advanced project and program management expertise.
- Strong knowledge of task-order-based and IDIQ-style contracting structures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary consulting engagements.
- Ability to coordinate multiple service areas and concurrent assignments.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience developing staffing plans, fee proposals, status reports, and management updates.
- Knowledge of quality control, schedule management, and risk and issue tracking.
- Ability to negotiate scope and coordinate expectations among multiple stakeholders.
- Sound professional judgment and the discipline to work independently.
- Ability to maintain continuity, responsiveness, and accountability across complex engagements
