Your ability to analyse information, communicate effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders will be key to delivering meaningful insights and supporting successful product outcomes.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Management Reporting: assist in the preparation and analysis of management information reports to support product performance monitoring and decision-making
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' product offerings to identify opportunities and insights
• Product Management Support: support Product Managers in the execution of product initiatives, enhancement projects, and strategic priorities
• Stakeholder Coordination: work with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and other functions to support product-related activities and deliverables
• User Acceptance Testing: participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements and product improvements to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Project Support: assist in the planning, tracking, and implementation of product and process improvement initiatives
• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other assignments and projects as required

Who You Work With

Global Transaction Banking delivers innovative cash management, payments, collections, liquidity management, and trade finance solutions to support businesses across different industries and markets. As part of the Cash Product team, you'll work alongside Product Managers and business stakeholders who are responsible for developing and enhancing solutions that help clients manage their working capital and banking needs efficiently. You'll gain valuable exposure to product management, market analysis, and the evolving transaction banking landscape.
