Salesforce Developer II

About the Role:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer II to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade nCino and Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Experience Cloud, and integration technologies. This is a highly hands-on role responsible for building scalable business logic, integrations, customer and employee experiences, automation, and data solutions that support complex business processes while maintaining platform performance, governance, and long-term maintainability.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering Salesforce solutions in production environments, writes clean and maintainable Apex and LWC code, and understands when to leverage declarative capabilities versus custom development. Experience supporting financial services, lending, or banking platforms, particularly nCino, is highly valued. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy nCino and Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Screen Flows, and Visualforce where applicable.

• Build and maintain custom business functionality using Apex, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

• Develop and support Experience Cloud solutions, including customer, partner, and community portals.

• Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware platforms, Platform Events, and established integration patterns.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to refine requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Support CI/CD deployment activities, release management, and production support processes.

• Provide ongoing technical support and enhancement of existing nCino and Salesforce applications and integrations.

• Perform data migration, data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation activities across Salesforce and integrated systems.

• Participate in solution design discussions, technical reviews, and architecture discussions.

• Contribute to development standards, coding best practices, documentation, and platform governance.

• Meet project commitments and deliverables on time while managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Deliver feature-level solutions with minimal oversight and contribute to larger initiatives as part of a cross-functional team.

• Collaborate with and support junior developers through knowledge sharing and peer reviews.

• Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.

• Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.

• Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.

• May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 4-7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications preferred.

• Strong experience developing solutions using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Screen Flows, and Salesforce platform development best practices.

• Experience building and supporting Experience Cloud solutions, including customer, partner, or community portals.

• Experience implementing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware platforms, Platform Events, and modern integration patterns.

• Experience with data migration, data mapping, ETL processes, data transformation, and data quality initiatives.

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and platform architecture.

• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, AutoRABIT, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience with nCino development, configuration, and implementation strongly preferred.

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, commercial lending, banking, credit, or other financial-services environments strongly preferred.

• Experience with MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or other enterprise integration platforms preferred.

• Experience working with asynchronous processing, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience working in regulated industries with strong governance, security, and compliance requirements preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

The pay range for this role is $75,000.00 - $150,000.00.

The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
