For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 6+ years of experience as a Linux IT Consultant
- Demonstrated expertise in Linux environments, with working knowledge of Windows Server as a supplementary skill.
- Proficiency in scripting using shell and Python to automate system tasks and support operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of security practices covering SSL certificates, reverse proxy configuration, and load balancing.
- Familiarity with enterprise scheduler tools, specifically Control-M and VTOM, to manage and monitor batch workloads.
- Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools including Zabbix, Grafana, and ELK to support system health and incident response.
- Practical exposure to deployment and versioning tools including Git, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, OpenShift, and Docker.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
