Are you a passionate visual storyteller who thrives on turning ideas into impactful creative experiences? Helm is looking for an Art Director to lead the concept, design, and execution of engaging digital campaigns for some of the most recognized automotive brands in the industry.

In this role, you'll help shape the creative direction behind eCommerce experiences, digital advertising, email marketing, social media content, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and more. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence creative strategy, and bring innovative ideas to life across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead creative concepts across digital, eCommerce, print, and promotional campaigns
• Design compelling customer experiences for leading automotive brands
• Create visually engaging digital ads, emails, landing pages, social content, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with account teams, stakeholders, and clients to bring projects from concept to completion
• Present creative ideas and incorporate client feedback effectively
• Ensure brand consistency, quality standards, and creative excellence across all deliverables
• Help improve creative processes and streamline project workflows
• Stay current on design trends, digital experiences, and emerging technologies

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or consumer-focused environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, digital design, and campaign execution
• Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience designing for digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives
• Strong understanding of print production processes and color management
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Photography and video production experience is a plus
