AUTOMOTIVE Service Advisor/Writer/Managers!!!

We are looking to fill a position with an outstanding service writer/advisor that has second-to-none customer service skills. We are looking for THE BEST! Great attitude is the most important part of our culture. You MUST have a strong ability to sell. Experience is ideal, but not necessary for the right candidate. We STAY very busy and have the best technicians around! There is a lot of work available, and we are always striving to improve. Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We run tight operations and need someone who is very confident in their abilities, organized, clean, and able to switch tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with exceptional customer service skills.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services, ensuring transparency in pricing.
• Document service requests and relay information to technicians for efficient workflow.
• Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Have a servant mindset and commitment to help your team members succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Strong ability to switch tasks quickly
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Have a natural ability and tendency to want to help people
• Experience in service writing and automotive repair
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and auto estimating
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians
