As the Manager, Merchandise Planning – APAC, you own the financial plan for your region, translating corporate targets into Merchandise Financial Plans that balance revenue, margin, and inventory across all channels. You are the connective tissue between financial strategy and integrated execution, leading alignment across Demand, Inventory, and Allocation while managing trade-offs that directly impact business performance. This role offers the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) team, establish planning best practices, and drive the maturity of merchandise financial planning in your region. You will operate in a cross-functional environment where your financial judgment and planning leadership shape real outcomes in a fast-moving, growth-oriented business.
This role can be hired remotely. Business operations occur across APAC time zones.

The APAC Planning & Allocations – APAC team translates business priorities into integrated plans across Retail and eCommerce, incorporating local demand signals, channel strategies, and market context. The team positions inventory effectively by channel, supports replenishment and inventory flow decisions, and drives aligned decisions that support growth, profitability, and customer experience across Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and Allocations.
