  • Monitor performance against the production schedule, identify risks or gaps, and lead recovery actions to maintain execution
  • Identify and remove production constraints involving labor, materials, tooling, equipment, engineering, quality, and process issues
  • Lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts to improve quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost performance
  • Coordinate material and logistics issue resolution to maintain production flow and minimize disruptions
  • Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing employees while setting clear expectations and reinforcing accountability for performance, quality, safety, and workplace standards
  • Evaluate capacity and resource needs, communicate operational risks and opportunities to leadership, and support decisions that improve cell performance
  • Engage with customers and internal partners to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure products and services meet established expectations
