Now Hiring! Generator Installers- Up to $2,500 Sign-on Bonus!Precision Today is looking for experienced Generator Installers to join our growing team. We are looking for candidates who have 2+ years of hands-on experience completing residential standby generator installations from start to finish and can confidently handle the electrical and gas components of the installation. Responsibilities:
- Complete residential standby generator installations from start to finish
- Set generator pads and generators
- Install and wire transfer switches
- Run electrical wiring and complete required electrical connections
- Run and connect gas lines for generator installations
- Read installation specifications and determine proper equipment placement
- Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
- Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and to company standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team member
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
Qualifications:
- 2+ (two) years of previous residential standby generator installation experience required
- Ability to independently complete a generator installation from start to finish
- Experience installing and wiring transfer switches
- Strong residential electrical knowledge and hands-on experience
- Experience running and connecting gas lines required
- Ability to safely set generator pads and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete required background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check (we do not test for cannabis)
