Job Description:
This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities and creating the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet the expectations of our clients, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.
- Working closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Governance partners, this individual will drive alignment across strategic priorities, product investments, and lifecycle decisions. The role is instrumental in evaluating product applicability, managing risk, and developing retirement, remediation, modernization, or ownership strategies that support CTI's transition from a reactive End of Life model to a proactive Technology Currency program. Success in this position will help establish accountability for previously unmanaged products, reduce technology risk, and enable sustainable lifecycle management across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
- Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
- Prioritizes and creates work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog
- Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements
- Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- 3+ years of experience in technology environments
- Proven ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong influencer and collaborator capable of driving alignment across stakeholders without direct authority.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex governance and remediation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and develop practical, risk-based solutions.
- Experience facilitating governance forums, working sessions, executive reviews, and remediation discussions.

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technology Manager, or Technology Governance Lead.
- Knowledge of Technology Currency, End of Life (EOL), Asset Management, or Infrastructure Lifecycle programs.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise technology organizations.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar product management tools
- Experience leading operating model transformations, process redesign efforts, or enterprise risk reduction programs.
