Responsibilities

The Spiritual Caregiver is responsible for providing spiritual care to Hospice patients and their families.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in theology, divinity, pastoral care, philosophy, religion or related discipline. Required or
• Two (2) units of Clinical Pastoral Education Required
• Master’s Degree in theology, divinity, pastoral care, philosophy, religion or related discipline. Preferred
• Four (4) units of Clinical Pastoral Education Preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years in a health care setting and/or related pastoral experience. Required
• 2 years Hospice experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State and valid vehicle insurance card and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation Upon Hire Required
