MUST HAVE:
- Experience with cardiac device interrogation and remote monitoring platforms preferred
- 3+ years of electrophysiology, device clinic, or pacemaker/ICD management experience
- Oversee device clinic operations for pacemakers, ICDs, CRT-P, CRT-D, loop recorders, and remote monitoring programs.
- Ensure timely review and management of device alerts and transmissions.
- Maintain clinical standards for device interrogation, programming workflows, battery surveillance, and lead integrity assessment.
- Collaborate with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, APPs, and device representatives.
- Pacemaker, ICD, CRT, and loop recorder management
- Remote monitoring platforms (Murj, Medtronic CareLink, Abbott Merlin, Boston Scientific Latitude, Biotronik)
- EPIC documentation and ambulatory workflows
- Quality improvement and performance metrics
- Budget management and workforce planning
- Strong communication and physician relationship skills
- Change management and program development

Position Summary
The Regional Clinic Manager-Arrhythmia will work with the COE Directors as well as operational and clinical partners to help develop and implement the systems’ heart failure strategy and arrhythmia focused strategy (such as CAFÉ and Inherited Arrhythmias) for the region. The goal of the clinic manager is to deliver top-decile quality performance for heart failure and arrhythmia clinic outcomes including focus on heart failure and arrhythmia readmissions, core measures and adherence to best practice guidelines, as well as top-decile quality performance for heart failure, atrial fibrillation, inherited arrhythmias, implantable cardiac devices (such as ICD’s; Pacemakers; Loop Recorders) and cardiac ablation outcomes and adherence to best practice guidelines. This position facilitates and builds key relationships with physician and operational leaders, designs structure and processes for exceptional outcomes within the clinics in a manner that improves health and the patient experience in the most cost-effective manner. S/he will have a proven track record of leadership and team success working collaboratively with physicians, and acute, ambulatory, and community services across the continuum of care. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare, Business or a related field; experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Master’s degree preferred
- Three years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Five years of organizational and team building experience in a business setting
- Experience in operations, strategic planning and data analysis
- Healthcare experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $108,680.00 - $156,353.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
