Support clients and drivers in French and English, helping resolve fleet service questions with care and clarity.
THE OPPORTUNITY
At Element Fleet Management, you will help clients and drivers get the answers they need across a range of fleet services. As a bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will respond to inquiries in French and English by phone, chat, and email, working to resolve issues accurately and efficiently. Your ability to listen, explain information clearly, and show empathy will help create a positive experience for the people you support.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Respond to client and driver inquiries in French and English by telephone, chat, and email.
- Help resolve first-level web support, fuel card, vehicle ordering, title and registration/licensing, toll management, insurance card, and remarketing inquiries.
- Understand customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Handle inquiries efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution while minimizing the time clients and drivers spend resolving issues.
- Bring empathy and a service-focused approach to every interaction.
- Meet individual and team service targets, collaborate with colleagues, and provide administrative backup when needed.
YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THIS ROLE IF:
You are a bilingual communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping people navigate detailed information.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You are fluent in French and English, with strong listening, customer service, and telephone communication skills.
- You can explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- You bring strong time management, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to adjust priorities.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.

COMPENSATION
The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,800-$71,200 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role. Element also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
