• Create bookings, consolidations, and shipment records in CargoWise One (CW1).

• Upload booking requests, carrier confirmations, and supporting documents into CW1.

• Update the shipment schedule matrix and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor shipment status and routing via carrier websites, verify vessel schedule changes and update CW1 accordingly.

• Follow up with shippers on cargo readiness and export schedules.

• Coordinate schedule changes with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

• Communicate shipment updates to document teams, overseas agents, sales teams, and customers.

• Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
