- Participate in departmental denial-management activities to help ensure claims and appeals are processed promptly and according to company procedures.
- Monitor inventory and order office and clinical supplies as needed.
- Attend rehabilitation meetings, training programs, and in-service education.
- Assist with approved exercise, educational, and community-related programs.
- Maintain the confidentiality of resident and company information.
- Follow facility dress-code, attendance, safety, and professional-conduct requirements.
- Build positive and professional relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare partners.
- Perform additional rehabilitation support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, healthcare, caregiving, or resident transportation preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognize concerns and promptly communicate them to a licensed therapist or supervisor.
- Sound judgment and a strong commitment to resident and workplace safety.
- Ability to read and understand policies, procedures, schedules, and technical instructions.
