"We work hard, and we care harder."
Where the people stay, and the thank-yous never stop.
South Hills Post Acute is a 160-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 60 Highland Rd. in Bethel Park, with easy access to the T and a bus line. We have a great survey record and a strong reputation in the community, and we're proud of the longevity of our staff, our strong clinical and therapy teams, and our fun, family atmosphere.
Here's what makes us different:
- An Administrator who says thank you, a lot. Our new Administrator makes sure you know your work is noticed and appreciated.
- A DON who works alongside you. Our dedicated Director of Nursing isn't behind a desk. She's on the floor with the team.
- An HR leader who's a CNA himself. He knows the work, respects it, and understands what you need.
- Long-term staff who make you feel welcome from day one
What We Offer
- $31-$35/hr.
- Same-day pay through PayActiv, available on request
- PRN opportunities across 8 facilities in our regional network

You'll provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNA's. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
What You'll Need
- ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
- current CPR certification
- experience with PCC preferred
Grow With Us
Dreaming of nursing school or a specialty? Tell us about it! We value helping our staff grow, and our tuition reimbursement and loan repayment program is one way we back that up. Bring up your goals in your interview.
Once you're onboarded, you can also pick up PRN shifts at any of our 8 regional facilities. Let us know at your interview if you're interested.
