What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key customer relationships while helping grow HVH’s presence in the market.

You’ll:

• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts
• Learn your customers’ facilities, priorities, challenges, and future needs
• Identify opportunities for service, repairs, replacements, upgrades, projects, and other HVAC/mechanical solutions
• Develop new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, recommendations, and solutions
• Follow opportunities from the first conversation through completion
• Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Estimating, Sales, and Accounting
• Stay connected with customers after the sale to ensure expectations are being met
• Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, proposal, and follow-up information
• Monitor account activity and stay ahead of open items
• Participate in customer meetings, networking events, industry events, and other business-development opportunities
• Represent HVH in a way that makes customers want to work with us again

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident, driven, relationship-focused, and comfortable taking ownership.

Our ideal Senior Account Manager brings:

• Experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, building services, construction, or a related industry
• A proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Experience managing accounts and developing new business
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• The ability to understand customer needs and turn them into practical solutions
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
• Strong organizational and CRM skills
• Professionalism without being stuffy
• The ability to work collaboratively with operations and field teams
• A reputation for doing what you say you’re going to do
