It started in Mauritius, with a simple idea: hospitality should feel genuinely connected to the place you're in - its culture, its people, its communities. That idea became Attitude. And it's taken us further than we imagined... all the way to Zanzibar.

Your role in the story
To prepare, cook, and serve high-quality meals in the company canteen while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
What your days would look like
- Plan and prepare daily menus according to company requirements.
- Cook and present meals in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and portion control standards are maintained.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Receive, inspect, and store food deliveries appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health regulations.
- Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
- Supervise and guide kitchen assistants and canteen staff when required.
- Handle special dietary requirements and food allergies where necessary.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and reported for maintenance when needed.
