About Big Cartel…
Big Cartel is an e-commerce platform that gives creators, artists, makers, and small brands from all over the world the power to open their own online stores and make a living doing what they love. Since 2005, we’ve helped people sell over $4 billion of their work while remaining a 100% independent company. With a passionate team of approximately 40 people, we stand as a haven for small brands connecting their passion with opportunity. As we love to say, “you don’t have to sell out to sell online.”
About the Role…
Big Cartel is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead our Seller Acquisition Product Team. You’ll own the in-product new seller journey across trials, onboarding, shop discovery, and first orders. Your success will be measured on new seller growth and retention through the first 90 days of the seller lifecycle.
You’ll report directly to the Co-CEO and work across engineering, design, growth and product marketing, data, and customer success.
This role is US-based only, is fully remote, and requires closely aligning work schedules to ensure effective collaboration, communication and foster a great team culture.
