Software Intern

About Pratishthan:

Pratishthan - for engineers who want to build, not just code.

At Pratishthan, you won't simply be staffed on a project; you will help engineer real products, payment platforms, systems handling 100M+ accounts at 3,000 transactions a second, the rails that move money across banks. You'll learn from the people who originally built a Gartner Magic Quadrant banking platform, and you'll write software held to product-grade standards — correct, resilient, and trusted with money. We hire for curiosity and craft, not just marks, and we invest in turning strong graduates into serious engineers. If you'd rather master how the financial systems that can't fail are actually built than be another name on a headcount, start your career with us.

We engineer products, not projects — and we'll teach you how.

Our Hiring Philosophy:

We hire for curiosity and craft. We are dedicated to investing in high-potential graduates and transforming them into elite Software and Quality engineers. Rather than looking for mastery in a specific programming language, we evaluate candidates based on the strong conceptual and academic fundamentals gained during their coursework.

As part of our team, your students will learn directly from banking and payment product pioneers. They will build software held to absolute product-grade standards—code that is correct, resilient, and trusted to handle high-value financial transactions. For students who want to truly understand how fail-proof financial systems are architected from scratch rather than becoming a mere headcount at a massive firm, Pratishthan is the ideal place to launch their career.
