What You’ll Own
- Define and drive Snitch’s social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and emerging platforms — always with a Gen Z lens.
- Build content calendars that balance brand storytelling, product drops, cultural moments, and community engagement.
- Collaborate closely with design, video, and performance teams to brief, review, and ship content that actually performs.
- Identify trends before they trend — and have the instinct to know when Snitch should ride the wave or sit it out.
- Own the brand’s tone of voice across all social touchpoints — witty, real, effortless, and always on-brand.
- Analyze performance data and translate it into clear decisions — what to double down on, what to kill, and what to test next.
- Work with influencers and creators — from briefing to execution — ensuring every collab feels authentic, not corporate.
- Lead ideation for campaign-level social concepts tied to product launches, store openings, and brand moments.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in social media or content strategy, ideally at a consumer brand, fashion label, or fast-moving D2C.
- A portfolio that shows you can make things people actually stop scrolling for.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and Reels mechanics — not just posting, but engineering reach and saves.
- Strong copywriting instincts — you can write a caption that gets the vibe across in 8 words.
- Comfort with social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or equivalent) and a habit of letting data drive decisions.
- Experience working with or managing creator/influencer networks, especially in fashion or lifestyle.
- Ability to move fast without waiting for a perfect brief — you can run with an idea and bring structure to it later.
