Robotic & Automation Systems Lead

With the company’s continued success, we are adding to our team.  The purpose of the Robotic & Automation Systems Lead is to design and implement control systems and robotic integration solutions, with a strong focus on developing scalable, standardized PLC and robotic code. This role requires expertise in programming and deploying systems that communicate across industrial networks with robotics, motor VFDs, Operator HMIs, and field devices. The engineer will lead efforts to define and document best practices, coding standards, and integration protocols to ensure consistency and reliability across all automation projects within the company. The primary software platform used is Rockwell Automation, with a focus on interoperability and modular design.
