Enterprise Account Executive

Superlinear is building Holon, an Enterprise Orchestration Platform: the continuously reasoning layer that lets Europe's largest industrial enterprises plan, decide, and execute as one, backed by a €6M Series A. Live pilots with some of Europe's largest industrial companies show 15% to 30% productivity gains. Our ambition: define a new category across Europe and lift EU GDP by 1% in the process.

The product is real. The pipeline is real. The ambition is European. What we need now is the commercial engine to scale it.

That's where this role comes in.

The role

As one of our first enterprise sales hires, your job starts before the deal. You go out and get Europe's largest industrial companies to the table. There is no playbook to inherit here. No qualified account list waiting for you, no proven cadence, no established relationships. You build it by getting in front of COOs and supply chain directors and turning ambiguity into real conversations. You will be measured on meetings booked and pipeline created. This is as much a demand generation function as it is a sales function, and seniority in years matters less than the ability to hold your own at the C-level from day one.

What you'll do

Open doors and build pipeline. Identify and reach the right people, including COOs, supply chain directors, and plant managers, across manufacturing, supply chain, ports, logistics, and defense, and get them to the table for a real conversation.

Build relationships at C-level. Earn trust and credibility with senior industrial leaders, operating comfortably even while positioning is still being figured out.

Support founder-led deals. Partner with the founders on the deals you originate, helping drive them through discovery toward close.

Feed the story back. Share what you learn from the field on ICP, messaging, and qualification. That's raw material for the playbook, without owning the playbook itself.
