Description
Our client is a 5* boutique resort with +/- 100 rooms and multiple F&B outlets on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in Philippines.
This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.
Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 5*, leisure resort and lifestyle hotel experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and maintenance expertise
• Good understanding of operational efficiency and cost management
• Familiar with budgeting, planning and maintenance procedures
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving abilities with a practical and innovative approach
• Able to manage priorities and perform well under pressure
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and results oriented
• Passion for service excellence
• Stable career path
• Flexible working hours
• Fluent of written and spoken English
• Computer literate
