Plumbing Subcontractors Required – GTA & Surrounding Areas

We are seeking experienced Plumbing Subcontractors for ongoing interior plumbing work in occupied and vacant apartment buildings throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Requirements

• Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
• Minimum $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance
• Licensed and experienced plumbers
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety
• Must be willing to travel outside of the GTA on occasion

Scope of Work

• Apartment suite plumbing repairs and renovations
• Fixture replacements and installations
• Water line, drain, and valve replacements
• General interior plumbing maintenance and upgrades
• Work performed primarily within multi-residential apartment buildings
