General Laborer / Fumigation Technician

Ditch the Desk. Get Out from Behind the Grill. Build a Trade. Get Paid.

Role: General Laborer & Fumigation Technician

Company: Aloha Termite & Pest Control (Hawaii’s #1-rated pest control team for 25+ years)

Location: Kapolei, Oahu (Field work all over the island)

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour + clear raises as you level up your skills and licenses.

Why This Slaps

• The Bag: Start at $20/hr. with zero prior experience. We pay you to train, and your pay goes up as you master the trade and earn your Commercial 7a & HDAB licenses.
• No Office Burnout: Get out from behind a desk. Work outdoors across Oahu, stay active, and change up your scenery every single day.
• Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. We invest in our crew like true Ohana.
• Zero Experience Needed: You do not need a fancy degree or student debt to make good money. We will teach you everything step-by-step.
• Real Growth: You are never just a number here. We want to see you stack skills, get licensed, and build a legitimate, high-paying career.

The Reality Check (What to Expect)

• The Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (with weekends as needed). Shifts run 8 to 12 hours, and we start early (as early as 6 AM).
• The Vibe: It is hands-on, physically engaging work. You will stay strong, sharp, and moving.
• The Essentials: You will need a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record, and you must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Assist the crew with setting up and taking down fumigations at residential and commercial sites.
• Learn proper prep and safety treatment techniques from seasoned pros.
• Travel around the island, tackle fresh challenges, and level up your career path.

Ready to Make Moves?

We are looking for reliable team members to join our field operations crew. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving heavy outdoor labor—specifically working with our tenting crew that wraps and seals homes for fumigation (if you have ever seen houses wrapped up like a birthday present or Christmas gift, that's what our crews do!). It is hard, active work, but you are part of a solid team working together to get the job done.

If you are tired of dead-end jobs and want to learn a valuable trade with a solid local team, apply now and let's get to work.
