About the Role

Milton Rents is seeking a customer-focused Rental Coordinator to support equipment rentals and sales. You'll be the primary contact with customers, helping them find the right equipment while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and rental inquiries.
• Assist walk-in customers and process rental transactions.
• Coordinate rentals and sales with dispatch, service, and outside sales teams.
• Manage reservations, contracts, transportation, and payments.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Construction or equipment industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
