Meet the Team

As a Business Systems Architect, you will act as the principal functional and strategic partner between Supply Chain Operations, Core Finance, and IT Engineering. You will lead the design, modernization, and governance of enterprise systems enabling global standard costing, inventory valuation, landed cost calculations, intercompany fulfilment, and financial close.

Your Impact

    • Cost Accounting & BOM Costing: Standard cost calculation, cost rollups, Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and manufacturing work-in-progress (WIP) accounting.
    • Inventory & Landed Cost: Valuation models (Standard/FIFO), freight/duties capitalization, in-transit inventory, and inventory reserve automation.
    • Intercompany & Transfer Pricing: Automated intercompany invoicing, markup allocation, and multi-tier OEM/contract manufacturing settlement.
  • Partner with Integration Engineers and Solution Architects to integrate ERP modules with supply chain data lakes/warehouses.

3. Program Execution & Governance

  • Direct end-to-end test strategies, including System Integration Testing (SIT), regression suites, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Oversee SOX controls, segregation of duties, and financial audit compliance across all system enhancements.
  • Lead cutover orchestration, data migration integrity checks, and post-implementation stabilization.

4. Leadership & Continuous Modernization

  • Drive Agile sprint execution and backlog prioritization as a functional product owner.
  • Mentor and guide junior business analysts and technical team members.
  • Evaluate emerging automation, AI/analytics tooling, and ERP enhancements to modernize the Supply Chain finance technology stack.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated success as a Business Systems Analyst, Solution Architect, or Lead Functional Consultant in Supply Chain Finance / Cost Accounting.
  • Comprehensive expertise in US GAAP accounting standards, cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory accounting, and sub-ledger to GL reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Tier-1 ERP platforms (Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle EBS Financials & SCM).
  • Strong SQL skills for data profiling, discrepancy diagnosis, and validation.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake).
  • Use of AI Tools & technologies.
