• Support quality inspections, installation verification, punch lists, testing, point to point and loop checks, commissioning readiness, energization coordination, and system turnover documentation.
• Maintain accurate progress updates, action logs, and project records. Escalate schedule, safety, quality, and scope issues to the Electrical Construction Manager or project leadership.
• Work collaboratively with the owner’s representatives, electrical subcontractors, design team, facilities operations, and other trade partners while supporting site safety and lean construction practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of electrical construction, field coordination, project engineering, or related experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or mission critical facilities.
• Working familiarity with construction drawings and electrical systems, including power distribution, raceways, cable routing, grounding, and instrumentation and controls interfaces.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and priorities, document field progress, communicate clearly, and follow issues through resolution.
• Exposure to semiconductor fab, cleanroom, subfab, process utility, or tool hookup construction is strongly preferred. Comparable complex industrial experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, project schedules, and construction tracking tools. Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or digital construction management platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of site safety expectations and applicable electrical installation requirements. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
