HHA / CNA Job Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our residents with their daily needs and helping them enjoy a safe, comfortable, and fulfilling lifestyle.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing compassionate personal care and daily living assistance
• Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assisting with mobility and maintaining resident safety
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping residents maintain independence and dignity
• Assisting with resident errands and activities as needed
• Observing and communicating changes in residents' condition
• Working as part of a caring and supportive senior care team

HHA / CNA Qualifications

Experience is valued, but we're willing to train the right person!

• HHA, CNA, caregiver, personal care, or senior care experience is a plus
• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient approach to senior care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Paid training provided

Flexible HHA / CNA Shifts

We offer flexible scheduling with typical shifts including:

• Overnight: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Day: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Team members typically rotate every other weekend and every other holiday.
