About the Role

We are seeking an articulate, high-energy Chiropractic Virtual Assistant & Front Desk Coordinator with mandatory ChiroTouch EMR experience to manage our practice's inbound/outbound phone operations and general medical administration.

In this position, your main priority is answering phone calls with exceptional clarity, scheduling patient appointments, and managing patient inquiries. When you are not on the phone, you will support the practice with general medical administrative workflows, patient communications, and record management directly within ChiroTouch.
