Your Role
Megaport is growing fast, and acquisitions are a big part of our journey. We're looking for a switched-on, highly organised and action-oriented People & Culture Project Lead to help bring our businesses, people and teams together as we continue to scale globally.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning complex projects into clear plans, bringing order to the chaos and, most importantly, making things happen.
Working closely with our People & Culture leadership and M&A Integration teams, you'll help drive the people side of our acquisitions - from pre-deal planning and Day 1 readiness through to making sure our new colleagues, systems and processes are successfully integrated into Megaport.
You'll work with teams across the globe, connecting the dots between People & Culture, Legal, Finance, IT and the broader business to keep integration activities on track and moving forward.
We're after someone who takes ownership, thrives on variety, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and knows how to get things done in a business that doesn't stand still.
