A nursing home business backed by a large, well-capitalized company is looking for an ambitious, hands-on person to support its UK operations and business growth. This is a boots-on-the-ground opportunity for someone who combines energy with professionalism, good judgment, and the ability to follow through.
Nursing home industry experience is not required. Proven ability to work with people, understand a business, and get things done is.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of practical operating problems and drive them to a solution.
- Build strong relationships and understand what people need to move forward.
- Help move deals and business opportunities from discussion to execution.
- Understand operating and financial information well enough to make sound decisions and ask useful questions.
- Keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced environment without needing to be chased.
