What could your future role involve?
- Leading manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost targets are achieved.
- Managing production, maintenance, and operational performance within a manufacturing site.
- Developing and coaching teams to drive engagement and high performance.
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.
- Monitoring operational KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational excellence.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in plant management, production management, manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience within the feed, food, agricultural, or related manufacturing industries will be highly valued.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Fluent English is required, as the entire selection process, including interviews, will be conducted in English.
- Fluent Spanish or Portuguese.
