Overview
Graff Orthodontics is seeking a dependable, tech-savvy Practice Operations & Team Lead to guide our close-knit team and daily operations. This hands-on leader will partner with the doctor, support the team, and bring clear communication, consistency, and respectful accountability to the practice.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily practice operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, supplies, and administrative follow-through
- Coach and support the team, set clear expectations, and address concerns fairly and directly
- Manage employee payroll and assist with budgets, expenses, performance measures, and financial records
- Serve as the backup Treatment Coordinator when needed, supporting consultations, financial presentations, and patient follow-up
- Partner with the doctor and leadership to improve systems, team development, patient experience, and practice performance

- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- 7:45 AM-5:00 PM

What We’re Looking For
- Three or more years of experience in orthodontic, dental, or healthcare leadership preferred
- Approachable, confident leader with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through
- Comfortable with payroll, practice finances, and performance reports; treatment coordination experience preferred
- Highly tech-savvy, quick to learn software, and comfortable troubleshooting routine computer issues
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
