About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee the intake, planning, resourcing, financial governance, and delivery of global marketing projects. Acting as the bridge between go-to-market stakeholders and production teams, you will ensure projects are well-scoped, commercially aligned, and delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project intake, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Review project briefs, timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure delivery readiness.
• Monitor resource capacity and resolve scheduling conflicts across teams.
• Oversee project budgets, estimates, forecasts, and financial reconciliation.
• Track project performance, utilization, and delivery metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Drive process improvements, governance standards, and workflow efficiencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Support quality control, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You are a highly organized project management professional with strong commercial awareness and experience managing complex marketing projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing project management, agency, shared services, or Center of Excellence environments.
• Proven experience managing campaign intake, project schedules, resources, budgets, suppliers, and delivery risks.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Experience with project/work management tools and reporting platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across global and cross-functional teams.
