What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • A Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process which involves collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing. • It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Controller.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Mandatory Skills • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Functions Inventory Accounting Journal Entries with an analytical mindset • Strong understanding of month end processes Profit and Loss Statement Balance Sheet reconciliations and SOX compliance • Strong understanding of General Accounting including US GAAP and Local GAAP • Strong understanding of MS Office including Advanced Excel • Problem Solving Attitude • Team Management • Analytical Skills • Client and Stakeholder Management • Logical Reasoning and Thought Process • Process Transition Experience DTP SOP SLA KPI • Management of SLAs and KPIs • Process Control and Compliance • Ready to Work in Night Shifts • Understanding of RPAs • Continuous Improvement Mindset • Review and Process AP Coding Activities
