Job Description

•Plan and execute recruitment strategies and activities for Indirect Labor positions.
•Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job requirement clarification, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
•Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job platforms, employee referrals, campus recruiting, and external recruitment agencies.
•Support university-industry collaboration, internship programs, campus recruitment, and recruitment events.
•Execute employer branding initiatives and develop recruitment-related content and materials.
•Participate in HR projects and support recruitment process improvement.
•Track recruitment progress and prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
