ACS Staffing Solutions is supporting a well-established legal team with the appointment of a Law Graduate Paralegal to join their Children & Families Public Law team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate with a genuine interest in care work who is looking to develop their legal career within a supportive and specialist environment.

The Role

You will work closely with experienced fee earners, supporting a range of care and public law matters, while gaining valuable hands-on experience and client exposure.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting fee earners with care proceedings and public law matters
• Preparing legal documents, correspondence and case files
• Assisting with case preparation and legal research
• Working directly with clients and providing professional support throughout their matters
• Liaising with courts, counsel and other professionals where required
• Providing general paralegal and administrative support to the wider team

About You

• Law degree or relevant legal qualification
• Genuine interest in Children & Families Public Law and care work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Confident and professional when dealing directly with clients
• Compassionate and understanding, with an interest in supporting vulnerable children and families
• Previous legal experience is desirable, but law graduates with the right attitude and genuine interest will be considered
