General Objectives:
To support strategic business planning and performance monitoring for Japanese Corporate Banking, including management reporting, business analysis, and coordination of key initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support business planning and strategic initiatives for Japanese Corporate Banking
- Monitor business performance and prepare regular management reports and presentation materials
- Analyze business data and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making
- Support departmental projects and business improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments and overseas branches to support business activities
- Maintain effective coordination with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in banking, business planning, or project management is a plus
