Estate Service Executive (LSPM) Temporary

Position Specific Skills:

• Customer service: Respond professionally and keep customers informed.
• Coordination: Arrange Engineering approvals, contractor appointments, property access, and work schedules.
• Thai–English communication: Translate maintenance quotations and explain the scope of work clearly.
• Maintenance knowledge: Understand basic repair terminology, handyman services, and technical quotations.
• Documentation: Prepare accurate Work Orders, quotations, service reports, and case records.
• System proficiency: Use SARA, the Work Order Tracker, and Microsoft Excel.
• Organisation and prioritisation: Manage multiple requests and prioritise urgent cases.
• Follow-up and problem-solving: Track outstanding actions, resolve coordination issues, and escalate delays.
• Attention to detail: Check unit numbers, scope, pricing, approvals, and completion records.

Position Specific Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in maintenance coordination, property management, customer service, or administrative support.
3. Good Thai and English communication skills, including the ability to translate technical quotations accurately.
4. Basic understanding of building maintenance, repair work, and handyman services.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with case management or Work Order systems is an advantage.
6. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests.
7. Proactive follow-up and effective coordination skills.
