As a Security & Loss Prevention Manager you will support our security operations across our logistics fulfillment network. This role will collaborate closely with Berlin and site-based team members to develop security, crime, and loss prevention solutions, improve processes, manage incidents, and strengthen the company's security culture. WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Lead centralized and local security projects (i.e., security standards, process improvements, transportation theft, cargo crime, and data-driven loss prevention).

• Maintain and develop security incident reporting and guard management software.

• Identify, create, and roll out security concepts across our network.

• Serve as an enabler and a strategic partner for security management topics across the organization.

• Build a strong network of stakeholders who contribute to an improved security culture and performance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You posses enthusiasm for standardization, stakeholder enablement, and continuous improvement.

• You will collaborate within a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders

• You will be based in Berlin, BUT passion for regular travel throughout Europe is necessary.
