What We Need:

Ready to take the next step in your sales career? As an Account Development Manager, you’ll work alongside a Senior Enterprise VP to pursue new business, strengthen client relationships, and gain hands-on experience across the full sales cycle. You’ll build your sales skills through direct mentorship while earning a base salary with opportunities for monthly and annual bonuses.

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities.
• Secure meetings with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other networking methods.
• Partner with the Enterprise VP to develop and close new business.
• Support existing accounts by identifying upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop client presentations and proposals.
• Stay informed on marketing trends and available products and services.
• Accurately track sales activities and opportunities in CRM.
• Work toward individual and team revenue goals.

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Sales, business development, or SDR experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong prospecting and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and confidently connect with prospective clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Ability to receive feedback and grow through coaching and mentorship.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or ZoomInfo is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
