As a Business Experience & Plan Advisor within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

What we're looking for:

- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between Enterprise Security and technology partners across the organization.

- Drive enterprise vulnerability remediation efforts through coordination and partnership with security teams, technology leaders, and key stakeholders.

- Translate complex cybersecurity and technology topics into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations for leadership.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences, tailoring messaging to drive understanding and decision-making.

- Facilitate collaboration across teams to align priorities, remove obstacles, and accelerate remediation outcomes.

- Influence stakeholders across all organizational levels to drive accountability and execution against enterprise risk reduction objectives.

- Develop and deliver executive-level communications, reporting, and presentations related to risk, remediation progress, and strategic priorities.

- Leverage a strong technical foundation to bridge the gap between security requirements and business objectives.

Job Description

• Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
• Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
• Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
