Client Enablement Lead

Our client is seeking a Client Enablement Lead to drive delivery activities across technology squads supporting Spend and Third-Party Management capabilities. This role requires a seasoned professional with enterprise technology implementation experience and expertise in procurement, expense management, and leading cross-functional delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end delivery activities and SDLC execution (planning, requirements management, design, testing, implementation) for Spend and Third-Party Management solutions
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives while managing dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
• Partner with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and Architects to translate business objectives into technical solutions through requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution validation
• Drive release planning, implementation readiness activities, and business adoption initiatives; track delivery metrics, milestones, and KPIs
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions with global technology and business teams to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance team effectiveness and delivery execution while maintaining consistency in delivery processes and documentation standards
• Support contract management, third-party risk management, and procurement workflows; provide business analysis on technology delivery impacts

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in technology delivery, enterprise implementations, and business analysis
• Expertise in Spend Management solutions including Expense Management, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Procurement capabilities
• Proficiency with leading procurement and expense platforms: SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, GEP, Coupa, ProcessUnity, and Fieldglass
• Strong knowledge of SDLC practices, release management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with Contract Management and Third-Party Risk Management processes and tools
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and support evidence-based decision-making
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and modern delivery methodologies; ability to work collaboratively across global teams in a hybrid environment
