Description
Full-time, benefit eligible position. *Remote position open to Missouri residents only.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of assigned audit projects and related compliance activities.
- Collect, transform, analyze, and report audit data to support meaningful outcomes and decision-making.
- Support documentation reviews, data analytics, audit monitoring, and identification of trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to communicate audit findings, provide education, and support Process Improvement Plans.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain audit tools and data reporting/visualization resources.
- Monitor data for meaningful signals and trends and help translate findings into actionable insights.
- Maintain working knowledge of audit processes, regulatory requirements, EHR systems, and data extraction tools.
- Partner with department leadership and directors to support effective data management, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Associate’s Degree required
- At least two (2) years computer applications experience required
- Knowledge of data extraction from electronic health records and relational databases required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as required for the role
- Moderate understanding of statistical data application required
- Excellent speaking, writing and teaching skills required
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data to identify trends required
- Are naturally curious and enjoy understanding what data is telling you.
- Can move comfortably between detailed data analysis and communicating insights to others.
- Have a thoughtful, organized approach to auditing, documentation, and data quality.
- Enjoy collaborating with people across different teams and helping others understand information in a clear, approachable way.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes rather than simply identify problems.
