Summary
Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a Plumber / Pipefitter to provide licensed plumbing response and repair across barracks and housing facilities on the installation, including water, waste, fixtures, leak response and piping repair, and support water-damage stabilization. This is an immediate opening.
Essential Functions
- Respond to leaks, stoppages and fixture failures and make permanent repairs to code.
- Repair water heaters, valves, drain lines and piping; perform sewer camera inspections.
- Support mold and moisture response with the Mold / Moisture / Envelope Technician by stopping the water source and helping dry the space.
- Complete mobile work records and parts custody transactions.
- Install, inspect and maintain backflow prevention devices in accordance with local requirements.
- Service water heaters safely, including temperature and pressure relief valves, venting and gas or electrical connections.
- Use lead-free materials on potable water systems and follow the applicable plumbing code (IPC/UPC).

Work Environment
Field-based work in barracks and housing facilities, including roofs, attics, mechanical rooms and occupied residential rooms.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Lifting up to 50 lb.
- Climbing ladders and working on roofs, in attics and in mechanical rooms.
- Exposure to heat, cold and outdoor weather.
- Driving a service vehicle between buildings.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime. Shifts may require some evening or weekend work, and this position participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency escalations as duty lead.
Travel
Daily local travel between buildings on the installation.
Experience
- 5+ years of commercial or multifamily plumbing experience, including leak response, fixtures, water heaters, drains and piping repair.
- Ability to read plumbing drawings and isolate systems safely.
Preferred:
- Sewer camera (e.g., SeeSnake) inspection.
- Water-damage first response.
- PEX, copper and CPVC piping.
- Familiarity with the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC).
- Experience with gas piping and water heater venting.
Education
High school diploma or GED plus completion of an apprenticeship or trade program.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Journeyman plumber license (Kentucky or Tennessee) preferred; required for lead plumber positions.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Backflow certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.
