This position reports to:
P2P Junior Capability Lead__
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will handle complex queries raised by third-party vendors, interacting with Vendors & colleagues in Divisions to effectively resolve queries and process sensitive, critical third-party vendor invoices. You will focus on improving and standardizing the process, lowering the complexity of queries, and ensuring invoice processing is handled by the Global Hub. The idea is to be able to reduce the overall volume of queries and backlog globally over a period of time.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Resolving vendor queries in a comprehensive manner, using global tools (e.g., SNOW)
- Processing invoices globally
- Having periodical interactions with Divisions/Vendors and addressing escalations
- Having a strong awareness of global P2P policies (e.g., invoice rejection, promoting the usage of approved payment terms, & implementing ways to fulfil the policies)
- Having knowledge of the P2P invoice handling process (MM & FI transactions)
- Ensuring preventive measures based on root cause analysis in order to avoid recurrence of issues in the future
- Meeting agreed KPIs, being aware of the extent of KPI fulfilment
- Working on process improvements and automations, aligning with the Global Hub (Continuous Improvement)
Qualifications for the role
- You have graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent work experience
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of operational P2P experience
- You are at ease communicating in English
- You possess knowledge of ServiceNow
- Possess working knowledge of Basware and/or ReadSoft
- You possess knowledge of the end-to-end P2P process, involving SAP & Workflow tools.
